No. Onboarding uses secure read-only connections to your payment platforms and storefront. There is no checkout change and no code deployment required. Enterprise customers who want our API can add it later.
We connect natively with 35+ tools including Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Adyen, Braintree, PayPal, BigCommerce, Recurly and Chargebee. If your stack is not listed, our team will confirm options during your audit.

When a cardholder questions a charge with their bank, participating issuers send an early alert — often days before a formal chargeback. We receive it instantly and can refund or resolve the order so the dispute never counts against your ratio.
Representment is the formal process of contesting an invalid chargeback. We assemble evidence mapped to the specific reason code — delivery proof, usage logs, customer history — and submit it to the issuing bank within the required deadline.

Each plan has a flat monthly fee plus a performance fee applied only to funds we successfully recover. If we recover nothing, you pay only the monthly plan. Full details are on our pricing page.
No long-term contract. Plans run month to month with a simple 30-day cancellation notice, and there are no setup fees.
Plans are based on monthly dispute volume. If you grow past your tier, overage is billed at a clear per-dispute rate and we will recommend the most cost-effective plan for you.
We review up to 90 days of your historical disputes and show the recoverable revenue and ratio risks we find — with no obligation to sign up.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our handling practices are aligned to PCI-DSS and independently audited to SOC 2 Type II. We collect only the data needed to defend your disputes.
No. We never require or store full primary account numbers. Dispute defense relies on transaction metadata, order records and fulfillment evidence — not raw card data.
Yes. We support GDPR and comparable privacy regimes, act as a processor under a data processing agreement, and honor data subject requests. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Access is role-based and limited to your assigned specialist team and the systems required to defend your disputes. You control your own users and can review activity at any time.
